Sandra Mose Tuiloma competed in the North Island Marching Championships in Hamilton over the weekend. Her father was pleased to announce that her and her team have come 1st in both Marching disciplines of Technical and Display.
Even though Sandra marches for a team in Wellington she is very proud to represent her school Stratford High and her region Taranaki to her friends down there in Wellington.
She has been dedicated to practicing her craft and also to getting to and from Wellington every weekend on her own for the past 4 or 5 months. Sandra would leave home 5pm on a friday and return home at 9 or 10pm Sunday and seeing her holding one of these beautiful trophies is very special to see. As a parent I am so very proud of her hard work and determination to strive for perfection.
